• (Q) What type of business directory is IZA's Business Directory?

  (A) A general business directory, that means we accept any type of business in this directory.

• (Q) Can anyone become a member and list their business?

  (A) Yes, however, for the moment only people with businesses inside South Africa may place a listing. We will be expanding to more countries in the near future, but anyone can sign up for their free account.

• (Q) How much does it cost to place a listing?

  (A) Just a little time and effort. Placing a listing in the business directory is absolutely free and always will be. We also don't place any restrictions on free listings. Your listing will have all the advanced features that it should.

• (Q) Where do I sign up?

  (A) You sign-up and login in the very same page inside the directory. Always look for the sign-up and login links at the top and bottom of any page.

• (Q) There are not a lot of features to a listing, will IZA be adding any?

  (A) Yes, we're already working a new look with a lot of new and extra features for each listing. We want every business on our site to be exposed to the public as much as possible and in the best way.

• (Q) Can I use any of the agreements and contracts in the Downloads Centre without legal advice?

  (A) Yes, we do recommend however that you seek legal advice from a professional before signing any contract or committing to any agreement as IZA will not be held responsible for any outcome that may arise from the use of the legal documents. It's always best to seek professional legal advice.

• (Q) The business advice seems a little outdated, will IZA be releasing more new and up-to-date advice and tips?

  (A) Yes, all in due time. Our focus currently is the new look and many features that we're adding to the directory and website in general, once most of that is done we'll be releasing new up-to-date business advice and tips.
